Here’s exactly what you’ll get at The MOB.
Monthly Membership fee (4 week billing period)
$240 a month for 12 classes (3 classes per week + unlimited recording requests)
$180 a month for 8 classes (2 classes per week, recording requests count as class credits)

Longevity Training
Strength, mobility, and agility — key components to living longer, better, and enjoying the process.
What does this really mean? It means being able to play with your grandkids and then your great grandkids: picking them up, chasing them down, and being on the ground with them.
It means carrying heavy groceries up the stairs. It means lifting your carry-on up into the overhead compartment.
It means catching yourself when you trip on the sidewalk.
You can already do these things? Great, let’s work to make sure you can do them in 20 years also.
Relationship
One-on-one support to meet your individual needs while being part of a larger community.
How is this possible? Because the classes are small; the coaches are established and experienced professionals attentively watching your movements during class.
Aand you’ll have an assigned membership coach to support you through your membership experience.
Convenience
30 minutes, 2-3 times a week, from your own home. It just doesn’t get easier than that.
Our members love this part of the membership. It’s so convenient that they take classes while they’re traveling for work, on vacation, or even from the office on their lunch break. The coaches will always adapt the exercises to the environment you’re in.
