New Year Intro to The MOB Class!
Shed your intimidation with this 50 min intro class where Alia Bisat will break down a variety of exercises and movement styles normally seen on The MOB schedule. We know it's intimidating to start something new, especially if you've been shamed, injured, or left behind in traditional class/gym/trainer settings. You'll be right there with a group of beginners, with plenty of time for interaction and questions to make sure you're doing things safely. Alia will spend the last 10 minutes of class sharing more of how The MOB works and answer any questions you may have about the program.

Why did I decide to offer a free Intro Class this year?
You know by now that strength, mobility and balance training are essential parts of aging well. But if you’ve made it this far, you’re looking for a way to start. I’m guessing there’s possible reasons you haven’t gotten started.
You can’t find the time.
You want accountablity but don’t want to pay for a personal trainer x3/week.
You’re intimidated to join a gym, be the new person in a class, scared of getting injured.
I created The MOB to address all three of these challenges.
It’s Convenient
Our team of coaches offer LIVE classes via Zoom and they’re only 30 minutes. They’re so convenient and effecient we have members taking classes from home, at the office, and even on vacation.
We Keep You Accountable
Because the classes are small and are taught live, we’ve nailed the accountabilty piece. Coaches check you into class and give you real time feedback throughout class. The community is small, so coaches and even other members will notice when you haven’t been to class in a while and wonder if you’re ok (this happens all the time, and it’s so sweet!) Our coaches are accessible via text and email if you have questions about class, and Alia Bisat is available at all times as your member suppport coach.
It’s Safe and Supportive
Our amazing coaches are skilled at working with a wide variety of skill levels and injuries (arthritis, osteoporosis, tendinitis issues, meniscal tears, impingements, POTS, etc) and will provide options for everyone and keep an eye on you. Classes are small enough that you will never be left behind.
Still not sure?
If you’re still feeling intimidated, I totally get it. That’s precisely why I’ve decided to offer an Intro to The MOB class in January for you to get a feel for the program with other newbies like you. It’s limited to 7 people, and it’s only happening twice. I’ve literally never made it this easy for you to get started!! Can’t wait to see you there.
